Crockpot Buffalo chicken and Quinao Crockpot Buffalo chicken and Quinao

    1 cup 365 Organic Quinoa
    16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    .5 cup, diced Celery, raw
    2 cup Tomato Sauce
    48 tsp Buffalo Sauce, Frank's Red Hot (by CODSMOM)
    6 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    1 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
    1 cup, crumbled, not packed Blue Cheese


Add all ingredients except blue cheese to slow cooker and stir to combine.

Cook on low for 4-5 hours.

About 10 minutes before serving sprinkle blue cheese on top and cover. Cook until melted.

Drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing when serving if desired.
