An easy way to fix chicken and get your vegies at the same time. An easy way to fix chicken and get your vegies at the same time.
Number of Servings: 2


    2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
    2 cloves of garlic, minced or pressed
    1/4 cup onion, chopped
    1 large tomato, roughly chopped
    1 cup zucchini, sliced
    1 cup summer squash, sliced
    1/3 cup water
    1 tsp. original Mrs. Dash
    4 oz. part skim milk mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1Tbsp. DiGiorno Shredded Three Cheese Blend


Put chicken in 8"x8" or 9"x9" pan. Combine garlic, onion, water,tomato, zucchini, summer squash, and Mrs. Dash. Pour over chicken and vegetables.

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and three cheese blend over chicken and vegies. Return to oven and bake another 5 minutes to melt the cheese.

This is great served with whole wheat pasta or brown rice.
