    4 cup Garbanzo Beans (Western Family) Reduced Sodium (by MOOSEBETIME) , drained- reserve 1/4 c liquid
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    .25 cup Lemon Juice
    6 gram(s) Fresh Garlic (1 clove = 3g) (by AMBUDMAN)
    .25 tsp Pepper, black , cracked
    .25 tsp Paprika
    3 tbsp Tahini
    2 tbsp Italian Parsley


In a blender or food processor, add garbanzos. Process to puree. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, pepper, paprika, tahini and parsley. Blend well. Add reserved liquid, one Tablespoon at a time, until the mixture has the consistency of a thick spread. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Put on pita chips, or vegetable like caulifower, brocolli, snap peas.
