Ingredients

1 cup Unsweetened Chocolate almond milk or soy milk
2 cups cooked brown rice
5 packets Splenda
1/2 cup 2% Cottage Cheese
2 T Unsweetened Cocoa
Directions
In sauce pan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a simmer. Lower heat and continue to stir until thickened. Custard will be the consistency of oatmeal. If desired, use a hand-held blender to make smooth and creamy.
Divide into 4 ramekins or custard cups and enjoy warm or place in refrigerator and serve chilled.
