    2 cups of bite size broccoli
    2 cups of bite size cauliflower
    2 cups of baby carrots
    .25cup of finely chopped onion
    1 cup of raisins
    .5 cup of sunflower seeds
    8 tablespoons of Hidden Valley Ranch dressing.


Take 2 cups of bite size broccoli ,2 cups of bite size cauliflower,2 cups of baby carrots,.25cup of finely chopped onion,1 cup of raisins,.5 cup of sunflower seeds and 8 tablespoons of Hidden Valley Ranch dressing. Mix it in a large bowel and refrigerate it until ready to eat.
