Ingredients

    8 oz Barilla BowTie Pasta (by FROG816)
    4 cup Spinach, fresh
    0.5 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)
    .33 cup, halves and whole Cashew Nuts, dry roasted
    1 serving canned fruit, mandarin oranges, dole, light syrup, 1/2 cup
    4 tbsp Cilantro, raw
    3 tbsp Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade
    3 tbsp Rice wine vinegar (by AMYCZCOM)
    2 tsp Granulated Sugar
    6 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Tips

If possible, opt for a thicker teriyaki sauce. My favorite brand is Kikkoman.


Directions

1. cook pasta according to pkg. drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
2. While pasta is boiling, prepare the dressing. In a jar combine all dressing ingredients. Cover and shake to combine. Chill until ready to use.
3. In a large bowl toss together pasta, spinach, raisins, nuts, mandarin oranges and cilantro. Just before serving pour dressing over salad, toss and serve.
