Introduction

I spend this on rice cakes for lunch. Each serving is about 2 Tablespoons. I spend this on rice cakes for lunch. Each serving is about 2 Tablespoons.

Ingredients

    .75 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, Nonfat
    1 oz Goat Cheese, Hard
    1 oz (24 whole kernels) Almonds
    5 prune Prunes, dried
    .25 cup (not packed) Raisins
    2 oz Beef Jerky

Tips

This is really good with cheddar instead of goat cheese. Also great on apple slices. Sometimes I leave out the prunes and just add dried cranberries with the rest of the ingredients. It's fun to mix it up.


Directions

blend the cheeses with the prunes in a blender then add the rest of the ingredients. Store in the fridge.
