Ingredients

2 lbs Chuck Roast
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 lg. onion
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Cider Vinegar
4 tbsp Lemon Juice
3 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup Ketchup
Directions
Heat oil in a dutch oven. Season Chuck Roast with salt and pepper. Place neat in dutch oven and sear all sides. Reduce heat to medium low and cover. Cook for 3 hours.
Take meat out of dutch oven and shred. Drain Liquid from dutch oven. Add onions and brown. Place meat back in pot. Mix remaining ingredients and add to meat. Cover and cook for twenty minutes.
Serve over bread or mashed potatoes.
