Ingredients

    1 cup Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only)
    4 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)
    16 oz Jimmy Dean reduced fat breakfast sausage (by SPARKLISA40)
    1 cup Cheese: Sargento Reduced Fat Cheddar, shredded

Directions

Brown Sausage and drain. Mix Egg, sausage and 3/4 c shredded cheese. Pour evenly into, lightly sprayed muffin pan (12 ct.) Evenly top each muffin cup with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 20 minutes or until set and cooked through. (test with knife blade until comes out clean.) Serving size: 1 muffin cup each. (optional ingredients: finely chopped onion, celery, carrots, peppers (sweet or hot), tomatoes)(not included in nutritional calculations).
