Introduction

Ingredients

    6 medium whole baby Bella mushrooms, stems removed
    1 frozen crab cake, defrosted
    1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
    2 tbsp Butter, melted
    Pam Cooking Spray - 1/3 Sec Spray

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.
2. Spray a shallow baking dish with cooking spray.
3. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems before placing them in the dish.
4. In a bowl, mix together the crab cake and parmesan cheese.
5. Stuff the mushrooms with the crab mixture.
6. Drizzle the mushrooms with melted butter.
6. Bake 12-15 minutes.


Serving Size: Makes 6 medium stuffed mushrooms
