Introduction

Low sodium soup Low sodium soup
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 cup Chopped Bell Pepper
    1/2 cup Chopped Onion
    1 cup Chopped Celery
    1 cup Choped Carrots
    2 cloves Chopped Garlic
    6 cups Water
    2 cups Chopped Turkey Dark Meat
    1/2 cup Barley, Pearled
    1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro
    1 tbsp Mrs. Dash (Salt Substitute)

Directions

Saute onions, bell peppers and celery in olive oil until soft. Then add garlic. When garlic softens add water and all other ingedients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and let simmer until barley is soft. Makes 4 servings. Serving size = 2 cups
