    1 cup chopped tomato
    1 cup chopped unpeeled cucumber
    1 medium chopped onion
    1/2 cup mint
    1/2 cup parsley
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1 tsp olive oil


Chop the veggies.

Wash and finley chop the mint and parsley

Put all ingregidents into a bowl and toss.

Chill for at least 3 hours.
