    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 24 oz
    Carrots, 1 cup chopped
    Celery, cooked, 2 stalks chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    *Soy Sauce, .25 cup
    Raisins, .5 cup, packed
    *Corn Oil, 1 tbsp
    Romaine Lettuce , 4 inner leaf


Brown turkey with tablespoon oil, drain and set aside. cook carrots, onions, celery and chicken stock in non stick pot until desired tenderness. Add ground turkey back in with cooked veggies and add lettuce and raisins last. Let lettuce wilt for about one minute. Addd fresh ground black pepper to taste and garnish
