Ingredients

    2 cups frozen black cherries
    1 cup Plain Yogurt
    1 cup Lowfat Plain Soy Milk
    4 cups Crushed ice

Directions

add all ingredients to a blender - mix until smooth. Easy. Could use Vanilla Soy Milk for more sweetness .
