Introduction

Ingredients

    2.5 cup Brocolli raw cooked
    .25 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream
    8 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
    1 cup Milk, 1%
    1 serving Idahoan Instant Mash Potatoe (Serving 1/2cup) (by BRIGHTBEGINNING)
    .75 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    0.50 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt (by WJHUNTER)
    3 dash Pepper, black
    1 tbsp Parsley, dried
    1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    Butter 1 tbsp

Directions

Place onion and butter in frying pan and saute until clear. Add the potatoe flakes stirring and turn heat off. place in blender and add water, milk, almond milk, cream, parsley, pepper and salt.
Take about 1 cup of broccolli out of cooked portion and set aside cut to bite size pieces. Add rest to blend. Blend to consistance you like. than add in the rest of the brocolli and stir. Divide into 5 bowls let cool. Serve with croutons and cheese on top.
