    Bulgur, dry, 1 cup
    Water,hot, 2 cup
    Basil, 1 tbsp
    Parsley, 1 cup
    Lime Juice, 1 lime
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Spearmint, .5 tbsp
    Chopped Cucumber, 1 large
    Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped


Add hot water to dry bulgur and allow to sit until cool. Chop the herbs, cucumber, and tomato and place in a large bowl. Add olive oil and lime juice and mix well. Stir in bulgur and chill for 1 hour before serving.
