    1lb Ground Beef
    12oz Lasagna Noodles
    1c shredded Skim Mozzerella Cheese
    1c Low Fat Cattage Cheese
    1 26oz Jar Spaghetti Sauce
    Oregano, Garlic and Salt to taste


Brown and drain ground beef
Cook noodles according to package directions
mix ground beef, cottage cheese and Mozzerella Cheese together
Layer meat and cheese mixture on top of noodles and sauce-repeat until all layers are done
