Ingredients

    2 1tsp Peanut Oil
    16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    0.5 cup Organic Red Bell Pepper, Raw (by FITGIRL410)
    0.5 cup Organic Green Bell Pepper, Raw (by FITGIRL410)
    1 serving Bushs Black Beans
    1 serving Wild Oats Organic Pinto Beans, 1/2 cup
    227 grams Crushed Tomatoes
    1 tsp Chili powder
    0.33 tbsp *McCormick ground cumin (by CHGOMOMMA)
    0.5 tsp Garlic powder

Tips

Top with shredded cheese and chopped avocado, if desired.


Directions

Heat oil in pot over medium heat. Saute turkey, peppers, onion. Sprinkle with seasonings while cooking for about 10 minutes.

Stir in beans, tomatoes, and 2 cups water. Bring to low boil and then simmer for 25 minutes.
