Number of Servings: 8


    4 Chicken Breasts
    2 cups of mushrooms (baby bellas are best)
    1-1.5 tsp if thyme
    1/4 cup fat free milk
    1/4 reduced fat sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste


Cut chicken into strips and place on medium heat in skillet.
After chicken begins cooking slice mushrooms and add to skillet.
Add thyme.
Mix milk and sour cream together and add when mushrooms are fully cooked.
Cook until chicken is done and sauce is thick.
Serves 8 when having 1/2 a breast per person, but most likely serves 4, for the non portion watching folks!
