1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
0.75 cup Dole Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple juice No Sugar Added
1 serving Ice, as in frozen water...
8 oz Coconut water Vita Coco
150 gram(s) Dannon Oikos Traditional Greek Yogurt - Toasted Coconut Vanilla
3 serving concord banana smoothie (mix only)
Using crushed ice may make it easier for your blender. I have a Ninja system that really works very well. Something with less power or fewer blades may not work as well.
A pharmacist looked at my recipe and said that with adding a protein powder this could be a meal replacement drink.
Peel banana and cut up, add to blender.
Place the contents of a small can of pineapple in juice into the blender, juice and all.
Add a cup of Vita Coco Coconut water (with pineapple is best)
blend these items, add 4 to 8 ice cubes (or a cup of crushed ice) and blend thoroughly.
Serving Size: makes 3 to 5 8 ounce drinks
