This smoothie minus the yogurt makes a very nice refreshing drink. Add the yogurt and a protein powder and it becomes a little thicker and more filling. Ingredients

    2 serving Kale and Apple Smoothie Mix Concord Foods
    1 large (3-1/4" dia) (approx 2 p Apples, fresh with skin
    1 cup Spinach, fresh
    .5 cup, diced Celery, raw
    .5 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber (peeled)
    1 serving Ice, as in frozen water... (by KGWINDER)
    1 serving Yogurt ~ Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt * Plain*, 5.3 oz
    1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    .5 cup Avacado
    3 tbsp mint leave (by JAKADAM)
    1 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per Pears, fresh

Directions

Depending on your blender and dietary needs, you may need to peel the apple and pear. Peel cucumber and cut into cubes. The spinach needs the stems removed (if your blender cannot chop them up). The pear and apple need the cores removed (peeled as you choose) and chopped into cubes. Peel the avocado, removing the seed. Add all ingredients into your blender and blend well.

Serving Size: 3 to 5 8 oz drinks
