Introduction

Ingredients

    2 pitted Medjool dates
    1/4 cup hot water
    2 medium Bananas, mashed
    1/2 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
    1 large Egg,
    1/2 cup almond milk original unsweetened
    4 tbsp Peanut butter, No sugar added creamy
    3 tbsp Cacao Powder Organic Traditions ( Cocoa powder could be used)
    1/2 cup uncooked quick cook oats
    1/2 cup Organic All-Purpose White Flour
    1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    3 tbsp Flax Seed Meal in three table spoons water
    1 dash Salt
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp Baking Soda

Directions

Finely dice date and let soak in the hot water briefly. Add bananas, apple sauce, egg, and almond milk. Mix well. Add all dry ingredients including flax seed. Mix well. Bake at 350 for 25 -30 min or until tooth pick comes out clean

Serving Size: Make 12 muffins, about 1/4 cup each
