These pancakes have it all - fruit, protein, whole grain! These pancakes have it all - fruit, protein, whole grain!
Number of Servings: 5


    1 cup whole wheat pancake mix, 6 oz. container fat-free, low calorie yogurt (I used Weight Watchers amaretto), 1.5 TB walnuts, 1 TB dried cranberries, 1 cup water, 3 TB liquid egg whites


Combine all ingredients. Cook in skillet with non-stick cooking spray, about two minutes on each side. Great with sugar free syrup or sugar free whipped cream!
