Ingredients

    1 large Egg, fresh
    1/4 tsp Dill weed, dried
    2 Tbsp Canola Oil
    1/2 small Onion
    1 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 cup Flour, white
    1 can Honey Boy Pink Salmon
    1 cup Bird's Eye Sweet Corn, frozen

Directions


Remove skin and bones of Salmon. Thaw corn in cold water for a few minutes. Mix Salmon, Flour and dill. In separate bowl mix the juice from the salmon with the baking powder. Combine these items and then add the onions and corn. Heat skillet at medium temperature and add 2 table spoons of oil. Drop mixture by 1/4 cup fulls in to skillet. Cook approx. 3 minutes on each side.

Makes approx.10 patties
