Ingredients

    1 can (10.75 oz), prepared Cream of Potato Soup
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    2 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh
    1 cup whole milk
    .5 cube chicken bouillon
    .5 cup water
    0.5 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Tips

You can add basil or saute an onion with the broccoli for extra flavor


Directions

1. Heat olive oil in soup pot
2. Add broccoli to pot and cook until soft (about 4 minutes)
3. Add cream of potato soup, milk, bouillon cube, and water. Heat through.
4. Add cheese and stir until it's melted.
5. Serve immediately, refrigerate leftovers
