Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 c masa corn flour (Maseca)
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 1/4 c water
    6 tbsp Fajita Sauce (World Harbors)
    1 c chopped Red Bell Peppers
    1 lb chicken breast, no skin

Directions

Make the tortillas as per the directions on the bag. Cook the chicken any way you want (i baked mine). and cut it up into pieces. Heat a frying pan and toss the peppers in. (oil or not, it's up to you) Toss in the chicken, heat for a few minutes and then add the fajita sauce. Cook until the sauce is bubbly and thick. Serve on the tortillas. Makes enough for 4.
