Ingredients

    1 pound lean ground turkey
    1/3 cup Bran Buds or other Bran cereal
    1 fresh egg large
    1 teaspoon Tobasco Sauce
    2 tablespoons Ground Flax seed
    1 cup chopped Onion
    Other Spices to taste

Directions

Mix together all ingredients. Set in refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Make patties for grill or to bake. Best if not fried but grilled.
