Ingredients

    3 cup Quacker Oats Old Fashion Oatmeal
    1.875 cup Pumpkin, canned, without salt
    3 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    4 tbsp Egg Whites - Great Value 100% Liquid
    8 serving Truvia Natural Sweetener
    2 tsp vanilla flavoring (by KADUFRESNE)
    .5 cup Bob's Red Mill All Natural Whey Protein Concentrate (by TOEJOE619)
    1 cup Great Value Fat Free Milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix Sweetener and milk to dissolve the sweetener. Combine all ingredients, except the oatmeal, in a large bowl. Mix well. Add the oatmeal and mix until completely combined. Pour into a greased or sprayed 8" x 8'' or 9" x 13" baking dish. Bake 35-40 minutes (less for the 9" x 13" pan) or until the center springs back when touched. Slice into 6 large servings.
