Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    10 oz Ground beef
    3 patties turkey sausage
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onion chopped
    2 tbsp cumin powder
    3 tbsp Chili powder
    1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    1 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
    1 8oz can tomato sauce
    1- 14 oz can Whole Peeled Tomatoes
    1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Tips

Recipe called for can of corn but I did not want corn in my soup.


Directions

In a large stock pan, Brown turkey sausage and ground beef with onion untill done. Add garlic, YOUR DESIRED amount of cumin powder and Chili powder and mix well. Add rest of ingredients and mix well again.
Cook for about an hour to allow flavors to blend.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1 1/2 cup servings but USE YOUR COMMON SENSE
