    1 14 oz can sweetened condensed skim milk
    3/4 c low-fat peanut butter
    2 c heart smart biscuit baking mix
    1 tbsp vanilla
    3/4 c granulated sugar
    24 chocolate kisses


Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl, beat condensed milk and peanut butter until smooth. Add biscuit mix and vanilla; mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in sugar. Place 2" apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake 6-8 minutes or until lightly browned (do not overbake). Press candy kiss in center of each ball after baking.

Makes 24 cookies.

For even healthier cookies, use Splenda instead of sugar and omit the kiss.
