Introduction

A delicious and nutritious salad that is a favorite.
You can substitute freshly squeezed lemon for the apple cider vinegar.

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Two (2) 15.5 oz cans Garbonzo Beans
    One (1) 15.5 oz can Red Kidney Beans
    4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    8 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
    2 cup Spinach, frozen
    1 large Onions, raw
    6 tsp Garlic
    Season to taste with:
    oregano
    crushed red pepper flakes
    freshly ground black pepper
    sea salt
    and sometimes parsley or basil

Directions

Put thawed frozen spinach in large bowl.
Drain and rinse the cans of beans, add to bowl.
Add chopped onions and garlic.
Add seasonings and olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
Mix all ingredients with large spoon, and enjoy!

Serving Size: makes approximately eight 1-cup servings
