Introduction

Ingredients

1 can (12 oz) yields Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned
1 cup Tomato Sauce
1.5 cup Beans, pinto
1 large Onions, raw
.5 cup, strips or slices Carrots, raw
1.5 cup, sliced Zucchini
3 tsp mild chilli powder (by YEAHBUTNOBUTT)
1 tsp Garlic powder
.5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
.5 tbsp Basil
.5 tsp Paprika
1.5 tsp Cumin seed
1 tsp Salt
1 dash Pepper, black
3 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Tips
You can add some grated cheese, sliced avocado, sour cream, or tortilla chips on top if desired. But it will change the calorie amounts.
Directions
Put everything in a crock pot, cover with water, and set on high in the morning, by dinner time it will be ready to eat!
