Ingredients

    4 serving pork chop boneless thick cut 4oz.
    12 oz Dole Pineapple Juice 100% juice
    4 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
    .33 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    .5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    .33 slice, large (1/4" thick) Onions, raw

Directions

Brown pork chops on both sides in skillet.
Transfer to crock pot.
Stir pineapple juice, cider vinegar and brown sugar together and pour over pork chops. Add mushrooms and onions.
Cook on low for 5 hours.
