2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    1 cup, chopped Kale
0.5 serving Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple Remove Core
0.5 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with peel)

    6 fl oz Water
    0.25 cup Parsley
    1 tsp Ginger, ground

Tips

You can add or swap other greens such as collard, different kales or other favorite greens.

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender or juice machine. Blend thoroughly to extract as much of the juice as possible. If you like a sweeter juice add more apple. Pour through a strainer into a cup or serve over ice. The left over pulp is very tasty so eat with a spoon for the fiber or add to a bread mix similar to zuchini bread - enjoy.
