Ingredients

2 serving Kasmati Rice - Indian-Style Basmati (by RAESIAHNA)
16 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 cup Butter Chicken Sauce, Patak’s (by HARTVERO)
2 tbsp Butter, salted
2 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
7 tsp black pepper, coarse ground (by KENINBUTTE)
7 tsp Morton Iodized Sea Salt (by DBEAU57)
2 tbsp Parsley, dried
Directions
1. In a saucepan, add the basmati rice with water and let it soak for 20 minutes.
2. Bring rice to a boil and add butter and salt on medium heat.
3. Turn the heat down to simmer and let the rice simmer for 25 minutes or until fluffy and tender.
4. Cut and then dice largely 2 boneless chicken breasts and season them with salt and pepper.
5. Preheat a 10 inch skillet and add vegetable oil to the skillet until it begins to shimmer.
6. Add the chicken and let it brown for about 7 minutes on medium heat.
7. Add the butter chicken sauce to the pan and simmer with the chicken for 20 minutes.
8. Serve the chicken and butter chicken sauce over the rice
9. Garnish with parsley
