Ingredients

    3 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 Apples, fresh with skin -- 3 different kinds and colors, i.e. 1 Golden Delicious, 1 Pink Lady, 1 Winesap (experiment with different apples)

    1 oz Walnuts
    12 grape, seedless Grapes
    4 oz Del Monte Mandarin Oranges (no sugar added)

    1 cup, whipped Light Whipping Cream
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract (or real vanilla, like Wadkins)
    3 tsp Granulated Sugar

Directions

Core and chop apples. Cut grapes in half. Drain Mandarin Orange Cup. Mix all fruits together with walnuts.

Whip cream and mix into fruit. Cover and refrigerate.

You can also add chopped tender celery for added crunch.
