    .5 tsp cinnamon
    .5 tsp salt
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    .5 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1.5 cups cranberries
    2 tsp baking powder
    20tsp splenda sugar blend
    1.5 cups whole wheat flour
    4 egg whites


Preheat oven to 350.

Combine all dry ingredients. Combine cranberries with wet ingredients and add to dry ingredients. Bake 50 minutes.
