Ingredients

    .25 cup Raspberries
    .75 serving Yogurt ~ Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt * Plain*, 5.3 oz
    .5 cup, sliced Mangos
    .5 cup Milk, 1%
    4 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds

Tips

You can add sweetener of your choice if you feel you need it.


Directions

Mix everything together in a super blender ... I used a Ninja Pro, and my fruit was frozen.
