Ingredients

    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.25 cup Yellow Mustard
    0.50 tbsp Onions, dehydrated flakes
    1 cup Tomato Sauce
    0.50 cup, crushed Saltine Crackers (Saltines)
    0.25 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    2 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz
    1 tbsp Heinz 57 Sauce
    32 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled
    0.25 tsp Morton Season All
    1 serving Low-Sodium Worchestershire Sauce (by CYZZANE)

Directions

Mix all ing thoroughly. Pat into loaf shape and lay in loaf pan or in the center of cake pan if you want to add vegetables around it. Pairs very well with French cut green beans and quartered potatoes with sliced onion.
