Ingredients

    1.5 cups ricotta
    16 ounces mozzerella cheese
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese
    16 ounces lasagna noodles
    1 1/2 cup marinara
    1 10 ounce package frozen spinach thawed
    1/ 10 ounce package frozen broccoli

Directions

Cook lasagna noodles and thaw veggies Mix Ricotta and mozzarella cheese together, you can mix in veggies if it makes it easier. (you can also use squash, mushrooms, any veggies you like)
place small amount of sauce in bottom of 13 x 9 inch casserole, layer noodles, cheese, sauce and veggies, you will make approximately 3 layers. Top with parmesan cheese and bake at 350 for about 40 - 45 minutes. (until bubbly and cheese is browned some.)
