Ingredients

    3 cup Brown Rice, long grain
    1 cup, diced Celery, cooked
    1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    1 cup slices Carrots, cooked
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    .25 cup, packed Raisins
    8 oz Colby & monterey jack cheese Kraft Natural cheese
    .5 oz Cashew Nuts, dry roasted (salt added)
    1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
    .25 oz Sunflower Seeds, with salt added
    2 tsp Mrs. Dash Salt-Free Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend (by ARCTIC_BLONDE)

Directions

cook rice
chop vegetables, stir fry
add rice to cooked vegetables, along with raisins, cheese, cashews, sesame and sunflower seeds and Mrs. Dash seasoning of choice. Add a dash of cayenne pepper if you'd like.
