Ingredients

    1/3 cup peanut oil or veg. oil
    3 tbsp soy sauce
    3 tsp brown sugar
    3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
    2 tsp roasted sesame seeds
    1tbsp grated ginger
    2 tbsp fresh cilantro
    1 carrots, cut thinly
    2 yellow peppers
    juice from 1 lime
    20 peanuts, chopped fine.
    1/2 cup of scallions
    1jalapeƱos, red
    1 lb cooked chicken
    1 bag "al dente pasta"

Directions

Mix first 6 ingredients in bowl.Cook chicken in frying pan, adding first 6 ingredients plus veggies after chicken is cooked through.Cook veggies until tender.Bring large pot of water to boil.Stir in pasta.Test pasta in 3 mins.Drain pasta.Toss chicken and veggie mixture.Add chopped peanuts, cilantro, and lime juice at the end..Serve immediately or at room temperature.
