Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

800 gram(s) Steak - Outside Round (by KELSBO)
1.25 serving Indian, Aromatic Basmati Rice, aprox 3/4 cup
2 cup Bird Eye Steamfresh Broccoli, Carrots, Sugar Snap Pea & Water Chestnuts
8 cup beef broth - campbell (by GWILDE)
    1 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared
    .5 cup Soy Sauce
    1 tbsp Basil
    2 tsp Ginger, ground
    2 tbsp Fish Sauce

Tips

to create 'pho' beef; slice the steaks into strips diagonally as thinly as you can. (lean the back edge of your knife about 45o away from the cutting end of the steak... cut so you create thin, but wide, slices) Place the strips of beef on one half of a sheet of cling film. Fold the cling film over to sandwich the slices between the layers. Pound the beef very thin with a rolling pin or flat mallet. Open the cling film and season the beef *lightly* with salt and pepper.
