Ingredients

1/2 cup Almond Milk Unsweetened
4 black or oolong tea bags
1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Tbsp stevia/erythritol blend
1 pinch cayenne pepper
Tips
Yum. It really does taste good and helps my craving for chai latte.
Directions
Steep tea bags in 2 cups of hot water. When cooled, add tea, milk, and the rest of the ingredients with another 2 cups of water in a blender. Pour into a 2 quart container and add water until full. Mix well with a wooden spoon. This is great for sipping when you need a taste for chai latte with few calories. 1 cup is less than 7 calories.
