Ingredients

    16 oz Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    2 clove Garlic
    1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
    2 serving Mini-Peppers, Sweet, 85g/3 peppers
    7 serving Tomotoes, Diced w/Green Peppers, Celery, and Onion, Hunts 1/2 cup
    1.75 cup Great Value Cannellini Beans
    3 serving Beans, Black, Reduced Sodium, Bush's Best, 1/2 cup
    5 serving Cole Slaw, Tri-Color, Raw, Marketside, 1.5 cups/85g
    6 tbsp McCormick Mild Taco Seasoning(Lower Sodium) (by MOMOFONE87)

Directions

Chop and saute the garlic and onions until translucent. Mix in the turkey and brown. Add the tomatoes, beans, and taco seasoning. Stir well. Chop and add the jalapeno and the mini-peppers. Stir and cook for 1 minute. Add the whole package of cole slaw and mix well. Lower the heat and when the cabbage in the cole slaw mix is at your desired consistency (15-30 minutes), add the two cups of cottage cheese and stir. Simmer another 5 minutes. Serve alone or with rice or pasta. Makes 8-2 cup servings.
