    5 cups shredded romaine lettuce
    half cup mexican blend shredded cheese
    1 cup sliced red onion
    half hass avocado thinly sliced
    1 boneless, skinless chicken breast seasoned, broiled, and thinly sliced
    1 can red kidney beans
    1 cup canned yellow sweet corn
    half cup fat free ranch dressing
    half cup BBQ sauce


Toss together all ingredients but last two. In a seperate bowl, mix together the ranch dressing and BBQ sauce and serve alone with the salad.
