Ingredients

    2 cups Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain
    2 medium Granny smith apple
    1/4 cup Sun Maid Golden Raisins
    1/4 cup, chopped Pecans
    2 tbs unpacked Brown Sugar
    3 large Egg,
    2 cups Milk, 1%
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    1.5 tsp Baking Powder
    .5 tsp Salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 325. In medium bowl, mix eggs, milk, vanilla (to taste), cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir in the rest of ingredients. Pour into well greased 8" glass or pyrex baking dish. Cook 50 minutes or until set.

Serving Size: 8 servings (1/8 of 8" pan)
