Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    10 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    5 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon
    1 cup Honey
    8 tbsp Agave Nectar (Wholesome Organic Blue Agave)
    24 serving Scotch, 1 fl. oz

Tips

Increase or reduce the honey/agave to suit your tastes. Maple syrup (real maple syrup, NOT imitation!) can be used instead of, or in addition to, the honey and agave.


Directions

Heat the water, honey, agave, and lemon juice in a crock pot on high for 1 hour. Turn the crock pot down to low and add the scotch (one entire 750ml bottle).

Serve/Enjoy

(I recommend using Grangestone Bourbon Cask Finish Single Malt Scotch Whisky)
