my dad used to go hunting asparagus along the roadside in the springtime. He always used some of it to cook up with eggs for a special breakfast or as a side item at dinner. Ingredients

    1/4 cup EggBeaters, Southwestern stylre
    1/2 cup asparagus, cut in 1 inch lengths
    1 tsp. ICBINButter with Calcium

Directions

Saute asparagus until tender with ICBINButter. Add EggBeaters and cook until egg is plump but firm.
