Ingredients

    40 cracker Saltine Crackers (Saltines)
    2 stick Butter, unsalted
    .75 cup Granulated Sugar
    1 oz Ghiradelli White Chocolate Baking Bar (by LARRYVINNIE)
    .33 tbsp Shortening, Crisco
    32 tbsp Nestle Choc CHIPS 1tbsp

Directions

Line cookie sheet pan with foil. Make sure you can fit 40 Saltine crackers{ the salted ones}on one cookie sheet since you'll have to chill them in the fridge later. Boil butter and sugar in a pan until mixture becomes thick.Spread over the crackers.Bake @ 350 degrees Farenheit for 8min.Pour chips on top of butter mixture onto crackers. Bake 5 min. longer.Spread chocolate evenly over the crackers. Microwave white choc.+shortening at 15 sec. intervals til it is melted. Pour lightly over the crackers for a drizzle effect. Chill in fridge for 15min. Break into bark pieces and STORE IN THE FRIDGE! Too much butter and choc.makes this dish UNSUITABLE FOR countertop storage~it will melt! Do NOT send in the mail either !
